I contacted Douglas and Son regarding a potential issue with my exterior pipes at my home and what my options would be, including costs to replace in the future if my city makes a requirement. This situation and potential costs have been very stressful to me, but I was treated very respectfully and they were very through in outlining all of the options that I had. I will not hesitate to use them for any matters at my home and highly recommend them for honest and prompt service.

Whoa, I am so impressed with Douglas and Son. Shawn is really incredible, he went above and beyond, answered all our questions, and did a great job! They were quick and efficient and very professional and kind (which is a very important quality for us). Avi came on a previous trip and was equally as impressive, kind and efficient. I can't say enough good things about them both. and our house has ALOT of old piping so i'd imagine it is not the most fun house for a plumber to visit. Our 16yo hot water heater tank broke. I went to Angie's list and Home Advisor to get quotes. Douglas & Son was the first company to personally contact me. They are very professional, respectful, organized, timely, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Shawn was great from the beginning to the end of the job walking me through all the work they were doing. Lori was great and very helpful with the administration/paperwork side of things. They have this automated system that you can track their time of arrival and scheduled appointment reminders. All in all, I'd definitely recommend and hire them again. My house was built in and around 1966. In March, I noticed a leaked in the basement bathroom ceiling.

I was told that it may be the upstairs toilet is leaking and simply change the wax ring. I did that and the leak continued. So I reached up in the ceiling and I found a leak in the tub line.

I called Augua plumbing after getting the runaround Augua plumbing, (never show up), I called Douglas and Son. They were on time and professional from start to finish. They pull down part of the ceiling and also found a leak in the vet line and the main line at the joint intersection which was the original cast iron.

It was a four hour replacement job which required 2 technicians to complete.
